⭐ The Threshold: Harvest, Release & What Wants to Be Carried Forward 

This systemic constellation session offers a unique opportunity for personal growth coaching, allowing individuals to explore personal or organizational issues. During the session, participants arrange representatives (people or objects) in a physical space to map the relational system connected to their concerns.  

The goal of this transition coaching is to uncover hidden patterns, loyalties, or dynamics, making them visible for better understanding and transformation.

As the season begins to turn inward, we are invited to pause.

To notice what has come to completion.
To release what we no longer need to carry.
To honour what has shaped us.
And to listen for what is quietly asking to emerge.

This group systemic constellation session offers a space to explore the deeper patterns, relationships, loyalties, and places of belonging that may be ready to shift.

Like autumn, we don’t have to force the next season.

Sometimes we simply need to let go, become still, and allow what is true to reveal itself.

✨ A time to explore:
• What am I ready to release?
• What am I carrying that may not belong to me?
• Where am I seeking belonging?
• What wants to be acknowledged or integrated?
• What am I ready to carry forward into the next season of my life?
